昔日喧鬧的熟食亭不但見証著市民舊日的美好時光，更是香港集體回憶不可缺少的一部份。時光飛逝，熟食亭的設計、結構及其配套設施漸趨陳舊，為經營者帶來種種挑戰。為了保存這些珍貴而獨特的本土飲食文化特質，領匯旗下部分熟食亭進行了翻新工程，在以保留舊有風味的原則下，為其過時的經營模式注入新動力，並透過引入優質的飲食經營者，為熟食亭的歷史寫下更美好的新一頁。

The once very popular cooked food stalls contribute to an indispensable part of Hong Kong’s collective memory. To preserve this unique element of the local dining culture, The Link has started a rejuvenation project for some of its cooked food stalls. In addition to injecting new momentum into the outdated operation mode, quality food-and-beverage tenants have been introduced to operate brand-new cooked food stalls.
