大排檔活化工程網站正式啟用
The “Rejuvenation of Cooked Food Stall” Website officially launched

領匯管理有限公司（領匯）憑藉黃大仙大排檔（又稱「冬菇亭」）活化工程，於早前香港營造師學會所舉辦的營造創意大獎榮獲三項大獎，包括最佳社區持續發展大獎、傑出活化項目及最佳演述獎，成為今屆營造創意大獎的大贏家。
Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers has previously announced the results of the Construction Innovation Award 2009. The Link Management Limited (The Link) won three awards for the rejuvenation project of Wong Tai Sin Cooked Food Stall (CFS), which include the Best Sustainable Community Award, the Distinguished Revitalization Project Award and the Best Presentation Award, making The Link the biggest winner of the Construction Innovation Award.
